I’m inspired by the little gooey parts of life that people like to look over, like snails, lichen on old buildings, dust motes, and scars. Without those tiny, often looked-over details, a design isn’t as real to me. I want you to feel the story of the character, environment, or object that I’ve created.
I like things that are nonsensical and strange, biological and whimsical, and I especially love turning the design process into a puzzle game for myself. There’s nothing more satisfying than getting the pieces of a story, character, or design to fit together seamlessly.
In my off-time, I can be found reading (and dissecting) sci-fi / fantasy novels, playing story-driven video games and rummaging local beaches for gastropods. If you’ve got a project you’d like my help on, feel free to shoot me an email at the address below and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
